Atlantic Matters Poll – PCs Regain Lead in New Brunswick

(MONCTON, NB) – The Progressive Conservatives have regained their lead in New Brunswick, according to our latest Atlantic Matters poll.

Among decided and leaning voters, the Progressive Conservatives have 38% support, a 7-percentage point lead over the Liberals at 31%. Meanwhile, Green Party support is at 17%, the NDP at 6% and the People’s Party at 5%.

“Support for the Progressive Conservatives is strong in Fredericton, Moncton and Saint John; it is also higher among males and those in the 55+ age group.” said Lianne Sarson, VP Research and Engagement with MQO.

The poll of 400 New Brunswickers was in the field from March 10th to March 18th, 2021.
