You’re a strong writer with a knack for taking complex topics and making them understandable for non-expert audiences. You understand that our clients make critical decisions based on the insights that we deliver to them, and this drives you to contribute to a culture of research excellence and high-impact strategic consulting.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the execution of research projects in a fast-paced environment. Research Managers utilize their critical thinking skills and storytelling to turn research findings into insightful and actionable reports to help clients make informed decisions. What you’ll do

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include tasks such as:

  • Managing multiple research projects at once
  • Interpretation of statistical analysis and qualitative data
  • Questionnaire and discussion guide design
  • Research report writing: Preparing insightful, narrative-driven client reports
  • Client communication
  • Conducting secondary research and literature reviews
  • Utilizing customized AI tools for research purposes
  • Assist with proposal submissions
  • Focus group coordination

What you’ll need

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Graduate degree with a concentration in social sciences, marketing, commerce, data science, or other related field.
  • 3+ years of market research exposure or experience.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Very high level of attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
  • Solid skills in the Microsoft suite of products (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with SPSS is an asset.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Professional credentials such as CAIP, PMP, CE, or Six Sigma/Lean are an asset.
